MEET THE EMDR GUIDE

I’m Claudia Arias, LMFT, founder of The EMDR Guide.

What I’ve learned over more than a decade is this: healing and growth happen when knowledge and presence come together.

My work is shaped by years of direct client care—supporting children, adolescents, and adults through trauma, chronic illness, and complex challenges. What I’ve learned over more than a decade is this: healing and growth happen when knowledge and presence come together. That’s why The EMDR Guide is about more than clinical skills—it’s about creating the confidence and clarity to truly help people move forward.

Since 2010, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people heal from trauma and to equipping therapists with the tools they need to guide that healing in others. As a bilingual EMDRIA-approved trainer and consultant, I specialize in creating spaces where learning feels clear, practical, and deeply connected to real-world practice.
